There is no registration fee to attend the program. Accommodation and meals shall be provided free of cost. Other than travelling to the venue and personal expenses, no other expenses are involved.

Yes, every participant will receive an event ID card/badge at check-in, which must be always worn during the program.
No. Since it’s a residential program, all participants are expected to stay on campus for the full duration of the program. Incase of an emergency, permission needs to be taken from the organizers to leave.
Students are required to reach the program venue on their own.
Yes. It is advised to carry one copy of your ID documents.

The student accommodation is on sharing basis, in the student hostel. All rooms are clean & hygienic, equipped with basic amenities such as beds, lights, fan, and access to toilets.
Hostel room arrangements have common toilets.
Roommates shall be allotted by the organizing committee. Room change is not allowed.
You are required to check-in on Day 1 before 1:00 PM; You can check-out after the closing ceremony on Day 3 (afternoon).
No. Please bring sufficient clothes for all three days.
